Planning for the 2022-’23 WBBL season is well underway and our squad is looking competitive as they strive for silverware next season. 

Our first signing of the ’22-’23 season is Kayla Shaw from Scottsdale, Arizona. Kayla has both NCAA Division 1 & 2 experience from Monmouth University, Delaware University & Azusa Pacific University. Her experience & winning mentality will be a huge asset to the Wildcats program. 

We asked Kayla why she chose the Wildcats to start her professional career and what she hopes to bring to the team next season…

“I picked the Wildcats because I have always wanted to play in England, and after my first conversation with Coach Kenrick I just felt as though it was the perfect fit. The organization seems like a very close-knit community which is something that really stood out to me. I see myself fitting into the style of play and I hope to bring my passion, scoring, IQ, work ethic, and whatever else the team needs from me each and every day! I can’t wait to get to work as a Wildcat!”
